AdventHealth Kansas City, a leading faith based not for profit health system, is searching for experienced Non-Invasive or Interventional Cardiology APPs to provide care at our hospitals and clinics in the Kansas City Metro.
About our Employed Cardiology group:
Our group consists of 8 Non-Interventional Cardiologists, 5 Interventionalists, 2 Electrophysiologists, 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, and 16 APPs.
- Support either our Non-Invasive or Interventional physicians in the hospital and clinic settings.
- EMR – Epic Schedule – Friday - Sunday
- Shift – 3 x 12hr shifts a week
- First call on Friday nights
- 50% Clinic and 50% Hospital

Qualifications -
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Master’s Degree
- Up to 1 Year of Position-Related Experience
- Kansas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- 4+ years of cardiology experience preferred
- BLS obtained through the American Heart Association
Hospital Description
AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, located in Merriam, Kansas, is a 504-bed acute care hospital serving the Kansas City metro area, particularly Johnson County. Formerly Shawnee Mission Medical Center, it joined the AdventHealth network in 2019, guided by a mission to provide faith-based, whole-person care that nurtures physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
