AdventHealth Medical Group, a leading faith-based, not-for-profit health system, is excited to open a new primary care practice in Olathe, KS, as part of our continued expansion in the Kansas City metro area. We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in delivering whole-person care in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a new practice from the ground up in one of the fastest-growing communities in Johnson County. You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care while being supported by the resources of AdventHealth Shawnee Mission and the broader AHMG network.
About our Opportunity:
- The group will consist of 8 providers, a combination of physicians and APPs.
- EMR – Epic
- Schedule – Full Time Days
- Call rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease).
- Perform in-office procedures as appropriate for primary care.
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nursing staff, and specialists within the AdventHealth system to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
- Utilize Epic electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and patient management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care models.
- Emphasize compassionate, faith-based care that addresses patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current, valid Kansas medical license
- Current, valid DEA license
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

- Guaranteed initial base salary with a wRVU production component.
